Gilbert Arizona Temple Groundbreaking!

We had the great opportunity to go to the groundbreaking of the Gilbert Temple!

I am so glad we went! I was able to go to the San Diego Temple Groundbreaking as a kid, then to the Dedication as a teenager, and then I was married in that Temple! They said it will take 2 years for the temple to be built, which means Payton will be 8 and will be old enough to go to the dedication! We are excited to be able to watch the construction of a new Temple so close to us!

They had a whole bunch of gold shovels for the General authorities to use to break the ground!

It was a great day!

Citizenship Award

I found these pictures on Nate's Camera. A few months ago, Payton got the citizenship award for her class. I couldn't go the assembly, so Nate went and took pictures! So proud of her!!!

Great Job Sweetheart!!!

Toothless!

Payton finally lost her first tooth! After at least a week of wiggling and wiggling, she finally let me pull it out! Very exciting!

The Congenital Heart Walk

We had the First Annual Phoenix Congenital Heart Walk! After months of planning the race was a success! Here are some of the pictures!

Payton and the build a bear bear!

We partnered with the Children's Heart Foundation, and they brought a bunch of pictures of kids and adults with congenital heart defects.

This was my booth, the Adult Congenital Heart Foundation shared a table with the Children's Heart Foundation!

Nate ran in the 5K! Here he is finishing!

Nate's company was a sponsor! Thanks Honey!
Nate placed second in the Race! He would not let me take a picture of him with his medal, so I took one of Owen with it!

Until Next Year!

Owen's Last Soccer Game of the Season

Today was Owen's last soccer game! I am not going to lie... it was a long hard season. It was his first time playing any sort of organized sport. He loved going to practice, but didn't really love the games. A few times, he wouldn't play at all, but we stuck with it, and so did he! He had a great time in his last game and finally got into it!!!! I even got some great action shots!

Of course, the best part of the season was getting the trophy!

Coach Mike and Coach Drew

Payton was a very supportive big sister!
