Halloween Beach Day!

It was such a beautiful day on Halloween that we decided to go to the beach!! I'm so glad we did, it was an amazing day!

TO 4th Ward Trunk or Treat

The kids had a great time with their friends and the ward trunk or treat! The Harlows came for Halloween weekend too!

Timmy the Spider

We have been observing a spider that has made a huge web in out back yard. The kids have named him timmy. He is an orb weaver spider, so we have decided to leave him alone. He continues to build his web every day and we have even fed him a few times by throwing moths in his web and watching him attack them. He is a huge spider, but we are fascinated by him!

Decorating pumpkins

The kids were super excited to carve pumpkins this year! Payton and Owen did a great job of carving theirs on their own! I carved an angry bird pumpkin for Gavin and Payton painted it blue. It looked really cool!

Aspen Elementary Harvest Festival

The Fifth Grade is in charge of putting on the spooky house for the school Harvest Festival, so I decided to help out! We put together our own room. It was a spooky spider room! The webs glowed in the dark and then we had Payton and another kids stuck to a web scaring people as they walked through. It turned out great!! Gavin came with me everyday for a week while we set it up!

Annie

 My friend Nicole and I took our girls to see Annie at the Pantages. It was a great show. The girls really liked it because half of the stars are girls their age! After we just had to wait for them to come out and get some autographs. The girls were so nice and our girls loved being able to meet and talk to them! It was a fun night with great friends!

Underwood Family Farm

Since I only have 2 preschool students this year, I extended the invitation to our pumpkin patch field trip to the ward. We had a ton of fun with these little kids! 

Chaparral Class of 1995

Nate's 20 year class reunion was this weekend, so we decided to head to Las Vegas to go see some of his old high school friends! We had a great time! It actually made me excited to go to mine in a few years!
