Baptism Pictures!

 

I had Aften Wright take pictures of Payton in her baptism dress! We are getting excited for the big day!! These pictures turned out amazing! She is so beautiful, talented, smart and sweet! We are so proud of our Payton!

U of U vs BYU!

Here is the family representing the University of Utah and BYU.

We went to our new friends, the Neilson's to watch the game. It was great fun because they are huge BYU fans. They even rival Taylor and the U.

 

 

Payton's 8th Birthday Party!

I decided this year to let Payton have a big birthday party. And it was big! 19 girls BIG! It was American Girl themed. We made blankets, t-shirts, and skirts for their dolls and just danced and played. Because there were so many girls I didn't get to do exactly what I wanted, but Payton had a great time, and that's all that matters!

Character

Payton had the opportunity to tell the school what Character Counts means to her.

This is the email her teacher sent to me:

 

Hey There!

I just wanted to let you know that tomorrow during the morning assembly, the music teacher will be having all of second grade sing a song about character counts and I was asked to choose one student who I feel represents great character.

I chose Payton because she is ALWAYS on task. She participates and is just always showing great character. = ) They would like for her to say something at the assembly stating what she feels "character counts" means. So I wanted to give you a heads up so that:

1. You can maybe help her and prep her.

2. You can maybe come and stay to watch. = )

Owen started flag football this year with his friend Nathan and Caden.

The ref is Weston Barlow. He is on our ward and plays football at the High School. Owen loved getting pointers from him!

Payton practices her flips, and Gavin loves running around in the grass. He can't wait til he can play!
